One can reduce his negative side, but cannot eliminate it. Sri Aurobindo's theme is there is nothing negative or undivine. Only to the view of Ego, everything other than itself is Negative. It is a new philosophy not easy to comprehend but enjoyable when you accept it, crossing comprehension. Finding no evil in life is to find heaven on earth. Sri Aurobindo never postulated a hell. Mother says if there is a hell, God is there even in hell. She could not pardon those who had invented the idea of hell.

Inspection is an annual event of great moment in a school.  There is no such inspection at the level of college. The DEOs will spend the lion's share of their speech on English teaching and divide the rest over all the other subjects.  In addressing the staff of the school, any DEO spends an hour. Out of that, fifty minutes will be absorbed by his pronouncements on English and the rest will receive some passing reference.

Books are sources of knowledge.  Great minds are sources of great knowledge.  We read books and understand. The understanding of the Mind is a tool to secure knowledge. A highly well-read person is a shining star in the society. It is true.

Speech is an instrument of communication.  It serves several other purposes.
